PSA 10 GEM MT graded 1st Edition holo Raichu (113/128) from the 2001 Japanese Expedition base set, the first Japanese e-Card expansion, illustrated by Atsuko Nishida. Stage 1 Lightning-type (80 HP) that evolves from Pikachu, with two attacks: Plasma, for a single Colorless Energy, does 10 damage and flips a coin to take a Lightning Energy card from your discard pile and attach it to Raichu; Shock Bolt, for two Lightning and one Colorless Energy, does 60 damage and discards every Lightning Energy attached to Raichu. Fighting weakness, no resistance and a single Colorless retreat cost. An e-Card era print, carrying the e-Reader dot code strips down the side and the card ID B-82, with the 1st Edition stamp beside the e symbol. Japanese-language card. PSA cert #64235350.
