PSA 9 MINT graded Hama-chan's Slowking, the glossy CoroCoro Comics promo given away with the September 1999 issue of the magazine, illustrated by the comedian Masatoshi Hamada. Stage 1 Psychic-type (70 HP, LV.33) that evolves from Slowpoke. Komatta Naa costs one Psychic Energy, deals no damage and leaves both players Confused, but only works if you mutter komatta naa three times first; Dotsuku costs two Colorless Energy for 20 damage and is gated the same way, on muttering ee no kanaa three times. Psychic weakness and a one Colorless retreat cost. A joke card in every sense: the attacks require the player to say the lines out loud, and the crayon-style artwork and the Hamada signature block are what collectors know it for.
